Project Controls Manager

For one of our clients in the energy industry we are recruiting for a senior project controls manager

• Extensive experience in managing large-scale and mega projects during the engineering and procurement phases.
• Proven expertise across all project control disciplines, including cost management, scheduling, risk assessment, and change management.
• Displays a proactive and pragmatic approach, adept at navigating complex project environments and successfully bringing projects back on track during engineering and procurement phases.
• Experienced in working within diverse, multicultural teams and coordinating across remote or work-sharing office setups.
• A collaborative team player and effective leader, excelling in guiding project control teams and fostering cross-departmental cooperation.
• Familiarity with project control tools such as EcoSys and Primavera P6 is an added advantage.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of 20 years of experience in project controls, including at least 5 years as a Project Controls Manager.
• Extensive expertise in managing large-scale and mega projects, with a strong focus on the engineering and procurement phases (non-negotiable requirement).
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
